Description
Defines the assignment of the safety-oriented digital outputs of the FSC.
If not all the output signals of an FSC output configuration are used, these may remain unconnected.
Below, you can see all possible output signals:
The ignition transformer and the ignition electrodes generate an ignition spark to ignite the ignition medium or the main flame in the case of direct ignition.
Fuel valves for the ignition medium.
Main valves for fuel 1.
Main valve 1 for fuel 1.
Main valve 2 for fuel 1.
Relief valve for valve test of fuel 1.
Main valves for fuel 2.
Main valve 1 for fuel 2.
Main valve 2 for fuel 2.
Relief valve for valve test of fuel 2.
Main valves for fuel 3.
Main valve 1 for fuel 3.
Main valve 2 for fuel 3.
Relief valve for valve test of fuel 3.
Valve for blowing out the oil gun on the steam pressure atomizer burner.
Valve for the atomizing medium on the steam pressure atomizer burner.
The output is switched on if the burner is in operation with at least one fuel or if the oil gun is being blown out.
The output is switched on during the start-up sequence of fuel 1 or 2 for the duration of the 2nd safety time + 1 s (see Reporting ignition attempts / failed ignition attempts).
The output is switched off for 5 s if a safety shut-off is detected within one second following activation of the main flame monitor (at the end of the 2nd safety time) (see Reporting ignition attempts / failed ignition attempts).
The output is only switched on if the following conditions are met:
The air and fuel channels are in the purge position.
The FGR channels haven't detected a purge position fault.
The combustion air pressure is greater than MIN.
The safety interlock circuit is closed after fan start.
The output is switched off after a delay of 3 s if the above conditions were met and the purge position is no longer requested.
The air and fuel channels are in the ignition position.
The fuel safety interlock circuit is closed.
The valve test was ended successfully.
The output switches the combustion air fan.
The output switches on the burner motor for the rotary cup atomizer burner.
The output switches on the oil pump for the oil burner.
The output is switched on when a safety shut-off occurs.
The output requests the purge position.
The output is switched on when the burner is in operation and the main flame stabilization time has ended.
The output switches the supply voltage for the "Test safety limiter" option.
The output is switched on if an operation mode with additional fuel is selected and there is no fault with the additional fuel.
Outputs (not safety-relevant)
If the digital outputs of the FSC-01 are not sufficient for all required output signals and/or the internal load position is to be outputted, a FSC-IO 4RO/1AO with address 11.48 is used in addition.
The four potential-free relay contacts of the FSC-IO 4RO/1AO are used to output the following digital output signals:
RO1 (K1): Combustion air fan
RO2 (K2): Purge position requested
RO3 (K3): Message: Fault
RO4 (K4): Control release
The analog output of the FSC-IO 4RO/1AO is used to output the internal load position of the compound control system. The analog output is scaled from 0 to 100 % up to 4 to 20 mA.
