The FSC reports an ignition attempt / failed ignition attempt for a superordinate control system (e.g. for waste incineration plants) via a safety-related output.

Ignition attempt message

The "ignition attempt" output is switched on for the duration of the second safety time + 1 s.

FSC configuration for digital outputs must include the "ignition attempt" output signal.

Failed ignition attempt message

The "failed ignition attempt" output is switched off for 5 s if a safety shut-off is detected within 1 second following activation of the main flame monitor (at the end of the second safety time).
