The efficiency rate is calculated in respect of the fuel currently used in single operation.
-
The dry oxygen content is required for the calculation.
Example: Configuration: Dry oxygen content
-
Configure the fuel constants for both fuels.
Fuel [1 - 3]: Siegert's constant A
-
For each fuel, create a function block of type:
[30] Efficiency related to exhaust gas losses
-
The first function block is for light oil (F1). You must set up the following configuration:
Siegert's constants to 1.
[O2,dry]: Dry oxygen content to 11.
[ϑL]: Combustion air: Temperature to 21.
[ϑA]: Exhaust gas: Temperature to 27.
[ηF]: Efficiency: Firing to 28.
[ηK]: Efficiency: Boiler to 31.
The two output channels must be activated, configured as outputs and written to an HMI address.

The first function block is for light oil (F1). You must set up the following configuration:
Siegert's constants to 2.
[O2,dry]: Dry oxygen content to 11.
[ϑL]: Combustion air: Temperature to 21.
[ϑA]: Exhaust gas: Temperature to 27.
[ηF]: Efficiency: Firing to 29.
[ηK]: Efficiency: Boiler to 32.
The two output channels must be activated, configured as outputs and written to an HMI address.
-
You can define additional boiler losses for both function blocks.
[qK1]: Boiler: Fixed losses
[qK2]: Boiler: Variable losses
-
The analog channels:
Efficiency: Firing
Efficiency: Boiler
are automatically written with the current efficiency rate.
These channels must be activated, configured as outputs and written to an HMI address.
