The additional fuel is connected starting at the connection point. If the additional fuel supply is disturbed ("Additional fuel safety interlock circuit" not closed), the burner is not shut down and will still be operated with the main fuel. As soon as the problem has been remedied and the burner capacity is greater than the connection point, the additional fuel is connected at the current load position.

The additional fuel is connected only at the connection point. If the additional fuel supply is disturbed ("Additional fuel safety interlock circuit" not closed), the burner is not shut down and will still be operated with the main fuel. As soon as the fault has been eliminated and the burner capacity is greater than the connection point, the burner capacity is automatically reduced to the connection point and the additional fuel is connected.
