Correction signal 1: Input signal

Parameter

Description

Inverts the effect of the physical input signals.

The table below shows examples of the required input current for different zero points with and without inversion:

Example

Zero point 80 % and correction signal not inverted:

4 mA + (20 mA – 4 mA) / 100 % * 80 % = 16.8 mA

Zero point 80 % and correction signal inverted:

20 mA – (20 mA – 4 mA) / 100 % * 80 % = 7.2 mA
