O2: Limit value probe dynamics test 1

Description

Entering 0 to 20 vol.% corresponds to 0 to 2000 as a parameter value.

Defines the limit value for the probe dynamics test 1.

The measured O₂ value is monitored for changes during operation. If no fluctuations greater than ± 0.1 vol. % O₂ are detected over a period of 10 minutes, then the probe dynamics test is performed based on the current setting value of the O₂ controller with excess air (setting value ≤ 0%) or air deficiency (setting value > 0 %).

In the dynamic test, an air excess or air deficiency of 33% is forced. If no change in the measured O₂ value is detected after one minute, the value is increased to 66%. If a change cannot be detected after another minute, the value is increased to 99%. If there is still no change in the measured O₂ value, an alarm is triggered and O₂ correction is deactivated. The excess air or air deficiency is limited to the defined maximum O₂ correction value.
