Parameter
Description
Entering 0 to 50 % corresponds to 0 to 500 as a parameter value.
You have to activate the dynamic test as soon as a channel is allocated to FSC-IO AO/AI modules.
The dynamic test is used to check the compound actuators if the load controller doesn't perform a setpoint change over an extended period of time. The test is performed in connection with the band monitoring operations. If a compound actuator doesn't follow the setpoint change, then the burner is switched off with a safety shut-off (tolerance or monitoring band).
The dynamic test is performed if the load position doesn't exceed or fall below the limit value for 24 hours. During the dynamic test and depending on the current load position, the load is increased or decreased by the limit value. The dynamic test is performed if the load position doesn't exceed or fall below the limit value for 24 hours. During the dynamic test and depending on the current load position, the load is increased or decreased by the limit value.
The load will be
increased if the current load position is smaller than the limit value.
decreased if the current load position is larger than the limit value.
The test is terminated as soon as the load position has reached the setpoint change of the dynamic test. The dynamic test is deactivated
if a control release isn't active,
if the load limitation for RECI cold start has been activated,
if setup mode or test mode have been activated.
Adjust the limit value for the dynamic test such that the load demand is larger than the response threshold Load setpoint response threshold and all the compound actuators are run by one setting value more than the respective monitoring band.
