Igniter
1st safety time (Ignition flame)
Ignition time
Ignition flame stabilization time
Parameter
Description
Entering 0.0 to 3.0 seconds corresponds to 0 to 300 as a parameter value.
The value adjusted here must be ≤ the value in 1st safety time (Ignition flame).
Via the ignition transformer time, you adjust the time for switching the ignition transformer on/off depending on "direct ignition" or "ignition with ignition flame".
Ignition with ignition flame
"Transformer Off" time before ignition flame monitoring.
Direct ignition
"Transformer On" time before main ignition.
Ignition with ignition flame:
For ignition with ignition flame, use the ignition transformer time to configure how many seconds before the end of the 1st safety time the ignition transformer is switched off.
1st safety time: 3 seconds
Ignition transformer time: 0.5 seconds
The results are as follows: The ignition transformer is switched off 0.5 seconds before the end of the 1st safety time:
Ignition with ignition flame is shown in the form of graphics in the following sequence diagrams:

Direct ignition in the pressure atomizer
For direct ignition, the ignition transformer is switched on for the duration of the adjusted ignition transformer time before the high pressure oil pump and switched off again at the end of the 2nd safety time.
Direct ignition with pressure atomizer is shown in the form of graphics in the following sequence diagram:

The burner must support direct ignition!
