Selection parameter

[0] Disabled

Unused channels must be deactivated.

[1] Compound channel WITHOUT coupling to the electronic compound

The compound channel is assigned the load setpoint without coupling to the electronic compound.

The compound channel runs to the purge position for the duration of the purge time.

[2] Air channel

The channel is assigned the load setpoint for fuel.

In the case of a load increase, the air load setpoint is increased first, followed by the fuel load setpoint.

In case of a load reduction, the fuel load setpoint is reduced first, followed by the air load setpoint.

The channel is run to the purge position for the duration of the purge time.

Example

  • Secondary air damper

  • Combustion air fan speed control

  • Air actuator additional fuel

[3] Fuel channel

Warning! Danger to persons!

Not to be used for simultaneous firing or fuel change without load drop!

Example

  • Oil flow controller

  • Gas control valve

  • Primary air damper rotary cup atomizer

  • Flow controller for the atomizing steam, steam pressure atomizer

  • Fuel actuator for additional fuel

[4] Air channel with O2 correction

The channel is assigned the load setpoint for air with O2 correction.

In the case of a load increase, the air load setpoint is increased first, followed by the fuel load setpoint.

In case of a load reduction, the fuel load setpoint is reduced first, followed by the air load setpoint.

The channel is run to the purge position for the duration of the purge time.

Example

  • Secondary air control damper O2 correction

  • Combustion air fan speed control with O2 correction

  • Air actuator for additional fuel with O2 correction

[5] Fuel channel with O2-Korrektur

Warning! Danger to persons!

Not to be used for simultaneous firing or fuel change without load drop!

The channel is assigned the load setpoint for fuel with O2 correction.

In the case of a load increase, the air load setpoint is increased first, followed by the fuel load setpoint.

In case of a load reduction, the fuel load setpoint is reduced first, followed by the air load setpoint.

The channel is run to the purge position for the duration of the purge time.

Example

  • Oil flow controller with O2 correction

  • Gas control valve with O2 correction

  • Fuel actuator for additional fuel with O2 correction

[6] Air channel for flue gas recirculation

The channel is assigned the load setpoint for flue gas recirculation.

In the case of a load increase, the flue gas recirculation load setpoint is increased first, followed by the fuel load setpoint

In case of a load reduction, the fuel load setpoint is reduced first, followed by the flue gas recirculation load setpoint.

Once the "flue gas recirculation purging delay time" has elapsed, the channel will be run to the purge position for the remaining duration of the purge time.

The compound channel remains in the ignition position after ignition until the flue gas recirculation is released.

Example

  • Control valve for flue gas recirculation

  • Fan speed control for flue gas recirculation

[7] Compound channel WITH coupling to the electronic compound

The channel is assigned the load setpoint with coupling to the electronic compound.

The channel is run to the purge position for the duration of the purge time.

Example

  • Mechanical compound

[8] Compound channel for F1 (Simultaneous firing / Fuel change-over without load drop)

The compound channel is assigned the load setpoint for fuel 1.

For simultaneous firing and fuel change-over without load drop.

In the case of a load increase, first the air load setpoint and then that for fuel is increased.

In the case of a load reduction, first the fuel load setpoint and then that for air is decreased.

The compound channel runs to the purge position for the duration of the purge time.

Example

  • Fuel flow controller for fuel 1

[9] Compound channel for F2 (Simultaneous firing / Fuel change-over without load drop)

The compound channel is assigned the load setpoint for fuel 2.

Example

  • Fuel flow controller for fuel 2

[10] Compound channel for F3 (Simultaneous firing / Fuel change-over without load drop)

Warning! Danger to persons!

Do not use for additional fuel

The compound channel is assigned the load setpoint for fuel 3.

For simultaneous firing and fuel change-over without load drop.

In the case of a load increase, first the air load setpoint and then that for fuel is increased.

In the case of a load reduction, first the fuel load setpoint and then that for air is decreased.

Example

  • Fuel flow controller for fuel 3

[11] Compound channel for liquid fuels

The compound channel is assigned the load setpoint for liquid fuels.

Example

  • Primary air damper rotary cup atomizer

  • Flow controller for the atomizing steam, steam pressure atomizer

[12] Compound channel for gaseous fuels

The compound channel is assigned the load setpoint for gaseous fuels.

For simultaneous firing and fuel change-over without load drop.

In the case of a load increase, first the air load setpoint and then that for fuel is increased.

In the case of a load reduction, first the fuel load setpoint and then that for air is decreased.
