Heat retention mode with pilot burner

Only the igniter is in operation in heat retention mode. This allows the burner to be ignited quickly, e.g. without purge sequence.

The following operation mode change is possible:

  • Switching from controlled operation with fuel 1 or 2 to heat retention mode

  • Switching the fuel selection in heat retention mode

  • Switching from heat retention mode to controlled operation with fuel 1 or 2

  • Switching from heat retention mode to burner OFF

  • Switching from burner OFF to heat retention mode

The following monitoring is active while heat retention mode is active:

  • Safety interlock circuit before fan start

  • Safety interlock circuit after fan start

  • Combustion air pressure monitor MIN

  • Ignition flame monitor
