Position check: Fuel valves

The position of the main fuel valves can be returned if necessary. In this way the system automatically checks during operation whether the main fuel valves for the selected fuel are in the correct position.

If they are not (such as if the valves are open when they should be closed), an alarm is triggered. The delay time for this alarm is 3 seconds.

Fuel valve limit position closed

The program uses the "closed" limit switches to check whether the valve is in the correct position after being activated.

The limit switch signal has to turn off within 3 seconds after the "open fuel valve" control signal of the automatic firing sequence controller.

The limit switch signal has to turn on within 3 seconds after the "close fuel valve" control signal of the automatic firing sequence controller.

An alarm is triggered if this isn't the case.

Fuel valve limit position open

The program uses the "open" limit switches to check whether the valve is in the correct position after being activated.
