The boost function is available if two pumps are available and the function was activated via parameters. If the criteria for the boost function are met, the pump control system requests both pumps. This activation is retained until the criteria are invalid again or the stop criteria are met. All operation releases continue to be observed. For example, if a pump does not have an operation release, the pump is not started despite boost.
