[19] Analog multiplexer

Function blocks

Description

This function block selects one value from 8 analog inputs based on 8 digital channels and writes it to the output.

If the digital input contacts are activated simultaneously, the last input takes priority.

Example

The inputs I0, I1, I7 are active. I7 is written to the output.

Function block parameters

[P0] Activated

Activates or deactivates the processing of this function block.

[P1] Designation

Short text to improve functional identification.

[P2] Type input

Each input can be configured differently:

0 The input is not used.
1 The input reads in the value of an analog channel.
2 The input receives a fixed value.

Function block inputs

[ID0 to ID8] MUX Input activation

Digital channel. If the value is TRUE, the input value is written to the output.

[IA0 to IA8] MUX Input value

Depending on the type of input, either an analog channel or a fixed value.

[I9] Default value

Analog channel. If no input is connected through, this value is written to the output.

Function block outputs

[Q] Output

Is assigned the value of the currently selected input.
