The following default parameters must be configured and checked for the motor.

Note

Only change the parameters for the compound channel to which the FSM is assigned. In the list below, search for the required compound channel and note the parameterization instructions.

Adjust "TSC limit value of continuous operation"

You must check this parameter and adjust it if required.

  1. Adjust the parameter to the initial value of 15 digit.

  2. Move the FSM on the HMI, e.g., to the purge position or to the upper range limit

  3. Let the FSM move to a different value such as the lower range limit or a load point. You can do this by pressing "Cancel" or selecting a load point. You cannot move the FSM manually using the plus and minus buttons.

  4. The FSM moves in continuous operation in the direction of the setpoint. As soon as continuous operation is exited, the FSM starts to pulse.

    The number of pulses must be at least 1 and a maximum of 3.

    If the number is correct, you are finished.

    If the number of pulses is more than 3, reduce the parameter "TSC continuous operation limit value" by 1 digit.

    If the number of pulses is less than 1, increase the parameter "TSC continuous operation limit value" by 1 digit.

    Then begin again with step 2 and check the number of pulses again.

Adjust "Minimum running time of channel setpoint"

"Minimum running time of channel setpoint" = "Running time of the FSM" minus "3 seconds".

You can read the running time of the FSM on the HMI on the respective compound channel side. This is also designated "t motor".

Example

"Running time of the FSM (t motor)" = 43 s

"Minimum running time of channel setpoint" = 43 s - 3s = 40 s
