Adjust the test times of the gas valves to the size of the test segment. Ensure that a leak of 0.1 % of the burner gas consumption at maximum firing heat capacity, but at least 50 dm³/h, is detected reliably.

The permissible leakage rate must be agreed with the technical expert and the plant authorities of the firing plant. We recommend that a leakage rate of 200 dm³/h should not be exceeded.
