Every pump control system can be individually named. Predefined texts are available for selection (e.g. "Feed water"). The freely parameterizable texts (ID >5000) can also be used. If you use a freely parameterizable text is used, all required alarm messages must also be created.
Predefined selection:
[3000]: "Feed water"
This results in the following alarm numbers:
-
[4100]: "Feed water pump 1 not in operation"
-
[4101]: "Feed water pump 1 pressure < MIN"
-
[4102]: "Feed water pump 1 motor protection"
-
[4103]: "Feed water pump 2 not in operation"
-
[4104]: "Feed water pump 2 pressure < MIN"
-
[4105]: "Feed water pump 2 motor protection"
[3001]: "Oil"
This results in the following alarm numbers: [4106,4111]
[3002]: "Heavy oil"
This results in the following alarm numbers: [4112,4117]
[3003]: "Circulation"
This results in the following alarm numbers: [4118,4123]
Dynamic selection (freely parameterizable texts with ID >5000)
When texts are entered manually, the name (here as an example: hydrogen) must be defined block-wise together with the alarms.
[5010]: "Hydrogen"
This results in the following alarm numbers:
-
[5011]: "Hydrogen pump 1 not in operation"
-
[5012]: "Hydrogen pump 1 pressure < MIN"
-
[5013]: "Hydrogen pump 1 motor protection"
-
[5014]: "Hydrogen pump 2 not in operation"
-
[5015]: "Hydrogen pump 2 pressure < MIN"
-
[5016]: "Hydrogen pump 2 motor protection"
